Reiki Retreats - Andalucia

 

The Spanish mountain village of Bacor in Andalucia provides a very special experience, there you will be staying in a lovely Casa Cueva (cave house) sensitively modernised while retaining all of its natural charm.

 

• There are many beautiful walks through the olive groves, along the bank of the river or strolling along the mountain paths leading to secluded caves and the woodland beyond, very much a place of mystery.

• Lake Negratin is 13kms long and only 10 minutes walk away. There you can swim or just relax, sense the silence, stillness and calm tranquility of your surroundings (see photograph).

• The background of mountains exude a gentle energy and profound sense of peace

• We visit the local village of Zujar, nestling within the mountains, where you can indulge in the experience of the Thermal Baths or experience the Moorish tradition of the Hammam at Cuavas Al Jatib near Baza.

• Sometimes we stroll in the Sierra de Baza taking a picnic or eating a Spanish style barbecue at the local farmhouse.

• A trip to the Alhambra in Granada may be arranged. At night the Moorish Palace is awe inspiring and very beautiful.

This is a purely spiritual retreat in a natural environment to inspire meditation and develop your intuitive side, daily Reiki workshops and taster sessions of various complementary therapies are available on request.
