Reiki Retreats in Costa Blanca
The Costa Blanca retreats are near Benissa in the province of Alicante only a few minutes walk along woodland paths to the sea; here you will be staying in a villa set in beautiful woodland surroundings near the sea.
- The villa is fully modernised there is a pool set within a lovely enclosed garden.
- We use all fresh fruits and vegetables grown here and bought from the local farmers markets.
- Freshly baked bread is delivered daily from the village bakery.
- Our meat and fish all come from the local market.
- The evening barbecues are a wonderful time for relaxation and conversation.
- Vegetarian food is also catered for on request.
This retreat offers the opportunity to experience an introduction to several complementary therapies: aromatherapy, reflexology, angel healing, crystals, tai chi and yoga. We also have our own beauty therapist available for treatment and advice.
- We have daily Reiki workshops and meditations.
- Afternoons are usually free for personal relaxation.
- The woodlands are magical and provide an idyllic setting for meditation.
- Nearby, there are several small beaches set in quiet coves and pretty walks along the cliffs overlooking the sea.
- We visit the beautiful Jalon valley enveloped as it is in a stunning mountainous background. The mountains exude their own energy and spirituality.
- Some time is spent in the ‘pueblos’ the old towns of Benissa and Javea.
Here there is a spiritual sense of ancient times…true Spain.
During this retreat it is our aim to inspire meditation and develop your intuitive powers. It is our hope that you will leave feeling totally relaxed and re-energised for your return to the vigour of every day life in our Western World. Previous Reiki experience is desirable but we offer the opportunity to take Reiki First Degree at this retreat.
